(2) Identification of connection method and troubleshooting
If you are unable to connect to the VPN, the troubleshooting method depends on the connection method you are using.
Please refer to the table below to identify the current connection method, and check and try the solutions from the links listed in "If you cannot connect (Troubleshooting)".

AndroidTV and FireTV
Only "MillenVPN App" is available for AndroidTV and FireTV.
MillenVPN Native" and "MillenVPN Native OpenConnect" are not available.
If you cannot connect to the "MillenVPN App" on AndroidTV or FireTV,HerePlease check.

- Can you connect by changing the destination server? (Yes / No)
- Can you connect by changing the communication line (connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or connecting without connecting to Wi-Fi)?: (Yes / No)
- If you are using security software, please disable it and check if you can connect: (Yes / No)
