Troubleshooting VPN Connection Issues [Android TV・Fire TV]

Please try these steps if your VPN connection is not working properly in the MillenVPN app you are using.

① Log out

To log out of MillenVPN on Android TV or Fire TV, please refer to the Android logout method on the following page.

② Reinstall the MillenVPN app

③ Android TV and Fire TV device updates

▼How to Update Android TV (Display may vary depending on the device.)
You can update via Settings → Device Info → Software Update.

You can update by going to Settings → My Fire TV or Device & Software → About → Check for System Updates.

④ Changing the Time Zone on Android TV and Fire TV Devices

You can change this under Settings → Date & Time → Time Zone Settings.

▼How to Change the Time Zone on Fire TV
You can change this under Settings → Preferences → Time Zone.

※If you wish to use services within Japan, please change your time zone to Japan.

(5) Protocol changes

Click the "Settings button (gear symbol)" that appears on the screen when you open the MillenVPN application → Click "VPN Protocol" → Change to another protocol and try connecting.
