STEP1: ADD ANY SERVICE TO THE CART AND PLACE AN ORDER.
Please log in with your funded account, add any service to the cart and proceed to the payment method selection screen.
STEP2: USE FUNDS ON THE PAYMENT METHOD SELECTION SCREEN
Once you have moved on to the detailed information entry screen, you can choose to fund your payment method.
If you have more funds than the fee for the service you are ordering, you can pay in full with funds, but even if the funds alone do not cover the fee for the service you are ordering, you can still pay the shortfall by credit card.
When the entire amount is paid in funds
If the funds you have are sufficient to pay for the ordered services in full, you may pay with funds only.
When paying with both funds and other payment methods
You may use all available funds and pay the remaining amount by any payment method you specify.
To change the payment method of an already issued invoice to funds
STEP1: LOG IN TO MY PAGE AND CLICK ON BILLING.
STEP 2: CLICK ON THE UNPAID INVOICE.
STEP3: Payment can be made in funds from the green frame "Payment" in the center of the screen.
Enter the amount you wish to pay in funds and click the green "Payment" button.
(As of 12/26/2022) If you have paid the remaining amount by credit card, depending on the credit card company you used, you may be charged for the original service which includes the fee for the funds you used. In such cases, the amount of the funds used will be refunded via the credit card company a few days after the payment is made. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
