MillenVPN offers a money-back guarantee so customers can sign up for our service with confidence.
If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund your usage fees if you cancel within 30 days (Japan time) from the day after your service start date at the time of your initial contract.

Refund Guarantee Program Overview
Target Plan
- The following MillenVPN subscription plan applied for via the official website
2-Year Plan / 1-Year Plan
※One-time plans, subscription plans (upgrades), restored subscription plans, and dedicated servers are excluded.
Target Period
- Within 30 days (Japan time) from the day after the start date
※The date your payment is completed after signing the contract will be your service start date.
Refund Eligible
- Initial service fee paid upon signing the contract
Application Method
For credit card payments
When canceling your subscription, select "Cancel immediately and apply the refund guarantee."
After your request is submitted, a refund will be automatically processed to your credit card. A notification email with the subject line "[MillenVPN] Refund Notification" will be sent to your registered email address.
If 30 days or more have passed since the day after the start date, the message "Immediately cancel and apply the refund guarantee" will not be displayed.
※ Customers with contracts settled in Japanese yen who fall under the following categories should contact support after submitting a cancellation request.
- After you have applied with bank transfer specified as your payment method, if you then pay the initial application fee using a credit card without changing your account's payment method,
- If you change your account payment method to bank transfer via support or on your own between the time of application and the time you submit a cancellation request
For PayPal payments (Japanese yen only)
When canceling your subscription, select "Cancel immediately and apply the refund guarantee."
After your request is submitted, a refund will be automatically processed to your PayPal account. A notification email with the subject line "[MillenVPN] Refund Notification" will be sent to your registered email address.
If 30 days or more have passed since the day after the start date, the message "Immediately cancel and apply the refund guarantee" will not be displayed.
※Customers who fall under the categories listed below should contact support after submitting their cancellation request.
- After you have applied with bank transfer specified as your payment method, if you then pay the initial application fee via PayPal without changing your account's payment method,
- If you change your account payment method to bank transfer via support or on your own between the time of application and the time you submit a cancellation request
For bank transfers (Japanese yen only)
When canceling your subscription, select "Cancel Immediately." After completing the process, contact MillenVPN Support within 30 days from the day after your service start date.Contact UsPlease.
Please be advised that even if you complete the cancellation process, refunds will not be processed automatically unless you contact support.
Important Notes
- Please note that refunds for fees paid will not be possible after 30 days have passed from the day following the start date of service.
- The applicable period (within 30 days from the day after the start date of use) is calculated based on Japan Standard Time.
- For bank transfers, the refund guarantee does not apply simply by canceling your subscription. To apply the refund guarantee, you must complete the cancellation process and then contact support. (Applies only to payments made in Japanese yen)
- For customers who paid via bank transfer, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please note that a refund processing fee of ¥330 (tax included) will be charged to the customer. (Applies only to payments made in Japanese yen.)
- If you have specified "PayPal" as your payment method, please cancel your subscription through PayPal after submitting your cancellation request.
