If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund your money as long as you cancel within 30 days (Japan time) from the day after your first day of use.

    2 year plan / 1 year plan below for subscriber plans applied from the official website

*One-time plans, subscriber plans (upgrades), and restored subscriber plans are not eligible.

Applicable period

  • Within 30 days from the day after the start date of use (Japan time)
    *The start date of use is the day when the payment is completed after signing the contract.

  • First contracted usage fee paid

How to apply

Credit card payment

Please select "Cancel immediately and apply the money-back guarantee" during the cancellation process.
After your request is submitted, a refund will be automatically processed to your credit card and a "Notice of Refund (Subject: [MillenVPN])" will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
If more than 30 days have passed since the day after the start of use, "Cancel immediately and apply the money-back guarantee" will not appear.

If you are a customer with a Japanese Yen payment contract and any of the following apply to you, please contact our support after applying for cancellation.

  • If you have applied for a bank transfer as your payment method and have not changed the payment method for your account, but have paid the initial application fee by credit card
  • If you change the payment method for your account to bank transfer between the time of application and the time you submit your cancellation request, either by Support or by you

For PayPal payments (available in Japanese yen only)

Please select "Cancel immediately and apply the money-back guarantee" during the cancellation process.
After your request is submitted, a refund will be automatically processed to your PayPal account, and a "Subject: [MillenVPN] Refund Notice" will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
If more than 30 days have passed since the day after the start of use, "Cancel immediately and apply the money-back guarantee" will not appear.

*Customers who fall under any of the following categories should contact support after applying for cancellation.

  • If you have applied for a bank transfer as your payment method and have not changed the payment method for your account, but have paid the initial application fee via PayPal.
  • If you change the payment method for your account to bank transfer between the time of application and the time you submit your cancellation request, either by Support or by you

For bank transfers (available in Japanese yen only)

Please select "Cancel Immediately" during the cancellation procedure and contact MillenVPN Support within 30 days from the day after the start date of use after the procedure is completed.
Please note that refunds will not be issued automatically if you do not contact support after completing the cancellation procedure.

  • Please note that after 30 days from the day after the start date of use, we will not be able to refund any fees paid.
  • The applicable period (within 30 days from the day after the start date of use) is calculated in Japan time.
  • In the case of bank transfers, the money-back guarantee does not apply only to cancellations. In order to apply the money-back guarantee, please be sure to cancel your subscription and contact our support. (Only Japanese Yen payments are eligible)
  • For customers who paid by bank transfer, we will process the refund by bank transfer. Please note that a refund fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged to the customer. (Only Japanese yen payments are accepted.)
