Regarding the Usage Period

Whether you choose the One-Time Plan, Subscription Plan, or Dedicated Server, service begins once payment is completed.Number of days including the settlement completion dateYou can use the service.
If a start date is specified for a one-time plan,Number of days including the start dateYou can use the service.

The settlement time does not take into account the service usage period.

For details on the usage period for each plan, please refer to the explanation below.

For the one-time plan

Example: If you apply and complete payment around 3:00 PM on July 1, 2024, without specifying a start date
　　The usage period is from July 1, 2024, to July 7, 2024.

The contract will expire on the morning of July 8, 2024, and service will be temporarily suspended.
Cancellation will be completed after a certain period following the suspension.

Example: If you specify the start date as July 5, 2024, and complete your application and payment around 3:00 PM on July 1, 2024
　　The usage period is from July 5, 2024, to July 11, 2024.

The contract will expire on the morning of July 12, 2024, and the service will be temporarily suspended.
Cancellation will be completed after a certain period following the suspension.

For Subscription Plans and Dedicated Servers

Example: If you apply for and complete payment for the 1-year plan around 3:00 PM on July 1, 2024
　　The usage period is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

If you have not submitted a cancellation request by June 30, 2025,
On July 1, 2024, the renewal fee payment and automatic service renewal will be completed.
If you submit a cancellation request by the contract expiration date within the usage period by June 30, 2025,
Your cancellation will be processed by the morning of July 1, 2025.
