How to Change the Connection Address for Your Dedicated MillenVPN Server

You can change the IP address of your dedicated MillenVPN server during your contract period. When the IP address changes, the connection destination address will also change accordingly.

For IP address changes, please contact support following the steps below.

① My PageLog in.

②「ServiceClick "".

③「MillenVPN ○○○ Connection InformationClick "".

※○○○ will display the plan you have subscribed to (such as Entry or Pro).

④ Select "IP Address Change Request" on the page opened in step ③.

⑤ Please fill out the required information on the new inquiry page and submit your inquiry.

The areas highlighted in red in the figure below are pre-filled by default, so you may submit them as is without any issues.

⑥ For tasks beyond this point, our support team will contact you after confirming your inquiry.
