It is possible to restore a one-time or subscriber plan that has been suspended.
After restoration, the login information used during the subscription can still be used.

precautions

  • Service will be restored as soon as the restoration work is performed and the fee is paid.
    The date of restoration cannot be specified.
  • In the case of bank transfer, renewal will be completed as soon as we confirm your payment. (Bank transfers are accepted in Japanese yen only. It may take up to 3 to 5 business days to confirm your payment due to the data reflected by the payment institution).
  • Restored subscriber plans are not eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee program.
  • Restoration is only possible with the same plan you were previously subscribed to.
    If you are on a one-time plan, you can upgrade to the same one-time plan or a subscriber plan.
    If you wish to change plans, please apply for a new service.

How to Restore a Suspended Account

(2) Select the One-Time Plan or Subscription Plan service whose status you wish to restore is "Suspended".

(3) Press the Restore button.

Select a payment method from the list of payment methods.

(5) Once payment is completed, your account will be restored and you will be able to use it.
