Procedure for Restoring a Temporarily Suspended Account

You can restore a one-time plan that is currently paused.
After restoration, you can continue to use the same login credentials that were used during the contract period.

Important Notes

  • After the restoration process is completed, your service will be restored once you have paid the applicable fees.
    We are unable to specify a restoration date.
  • For bank transfers, your renewal will be completed once we confirm receipt of payment. (Bank transfers are accepted in Japanese yen only. Due to processing times at payment institutions, it may take up to 3-5 business days to confirm your payment.)
  • Upgrades to the same one-time plan or subscription plan are possible.
    If you wish to change your plan, please apply for the new service.

Procedure for Restoring a Temporarily Suspended Account

MillenVPNLog in to your My Page and access My Services.

② Select the one-time plan service whose status you wish to restore is set to "Paused."

③ Press the Restore button.

④ An invoice will be issued, so please select your payment method.

⑤ Once payment is complete, your account will be restored and ready for use.
