(Updated 10/17/2024) The maximum number of accounts is not automatically increased after the upgrade. Please contact support after the upgrade and we will increase the maximum number of accounts.
You can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan for the MillenVPNdedicated server you are currently subscribed to.
You can continue to use the connection information on the MillenVPNdedicated server even after changing plans.
Upgrade procedure to a higher plan
(i)MillenVPNLog in to My Page of the "My Page" and go to "Services" > "My Services" at the top of the screen.
(2) Select the MillenVPNdedicated server service whose status you want to upgrade to a higher plan is "Under Contract".
(3) Click the Upgrade button.
(4) Select the contract period and plan, then click the Select Service button.
(5) Select a payment method and click the Continue button.
(6) You will be upgraded to a higher plan once payment is completed.
Downgrade procedure to a lower plan
(i)MillenVPNLog in to My Page of the "My Page" and go to "Services" > "My Services" at the top of the screen.
(2) Select the MillenVPNdedicated server service whose status you want to upgrade to a higher plan is "Under Contract".
(3) Click the "Change Plan" button.
(4) Select the contract period and plan, then click the Select Service button.
(5) IF A LOWER PLAN IS SELECTED, A CONFIRMATION DIALOG BOX WILL APPEAR. THE NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS USED FOR VPN CONNECTION WILL BE REDUCED FOR THE LOWER PLAN, SO PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE LOWER PLAN AND DELETE THE ACCOUNTS BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE LOWER PLAN.
(6) You will be redirected to the Inquiry page. Please describe your desired plan after downgrading and send us your inquiry.
Support will contact you after confirming your inquiry regarding work after (7).
precautions
- In the case of bank transfer, renewal will be completed as soon as we confirm your payment. (Bank transfers are accepted in Japanese yen only. It may take up to 3 to 5 business days to confirm your payment due to the data reflected by the payment institution).
- The next renewal will be for the contract period and service selected.
- The difference from your current plan will be calculated.
- If it is close to the renewal date, you may not be able to apply for another billing statement.
- If you made a mistake in selecting the wrong contract term when changing plans, please contact support.
