1. you can reapply after logging in to My Page
If your previous contract has been cancelled, you can still use your My Page account unless you request us to delete it.
In the above case, after logging in to My Page, click "Services > Place New Order" at the top of the screen to place your order.

If you have requested us to delete your My Page, you can create a new My Page account and follow the process on the account creation screen.
In the above case,this way (direction close to the speaker or towards the speaker)and proceed to the registration screen by clicking on the "New Application" link in the image below.
2. previously registered user name cannot be used again
WHEN YOU APPLY, YOU WILL REGISTER YOUR "USERNAME" WHICH IS YOUR LOGIN ID FOR THE VPN CONNECTION.
Due to system specifications, usernames registered under a previous contract cannot be used again.
If you are re-applying, please register a different username from the one previously registered.
AFTER RE-APPLICATION, THE LOGIN INFORMATION FOR THE VPN CONNECTION WILL BE CHANGED.
LOGIN INFORMATION FOR VPN CONNECTION IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH CONTRACT.
Since the login information associated with a contract that has already been cancelled cannot be used, please use the following method to re-login after reapplication.
3-1. when you can check your new login information
- If you have applied without specifying a start date: After confirming payment
- If you have applied for the service on a specified start date: Around 7:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time) on the specified start date

4) In the page opened in 3), you will see "Your MillenVPN Native connection account".
