Important Notes for Reapplication
We would like to inform you of important points to note when reapplying for a service you have previously contracted.
If you are reapplying, please review the following important notes.

1. You can complete the reapplication process after logging into your My Page.
Even if your previous contract has been canceled,Your account on My Page will remain active unless you request its deletion.
In the above caseMy PageAfter logging in, click "Services > Place a New Order" at the top of the screen to submit your application.
※ If you have forgotten your My Page password,HerePlease reissue your password.
If you have requested that we delete your My Page account, you can create a new My Page account and proceed with your application by following the steps on the account creation screen.
In the above case,HerePlease access the site and proceed to the registration screen via the "New Application" button shown in the image below to complete the process.
2. Previously registered usernames cannot be reused.
When applying, you will register your "username," which is the login ID used for VPN connections.
Due to system specifications, usernames previously registered under prior contracts cannot be reused.
If you are reapplying, please register with different information than your previously registered username.
3. After re-applying, your login information for VPN connections will change.
The login information for VPN connections varies by contract.
Since login information associated with a contract that has already been canceled cannot be used, when using it again after reapplying,Please log in again using the method below.
3-1. When you can check your new login information
- If you have applied without specifying a start date: After confirming your payment
- If you have specified a start date for your applicationAround 7:00 AM Japan Standard Time on the set start date
3-2. Verifying Login Information and How to Log In Again
Depending on the VPN connection method you are using, please try the following methods.
If you are using the MillenVPN app
You can check your login information using one of the following methods.
- The email titled "[MillenVPN] Welcome to MillenVPN" sent to your registered email address
- My Page Top Screen

Please log out of the app using the method described in the article below and log back in with your new login information.
How to Log Out of the MillenVPN App
If you are using MillenVPN Native or MillenVPN Native OpenConnect
You can check your login information using the following methods.
※ Please note that this is different from the MillenVPN app password.
1) Log in to My Page
2) Click "Services" at the top of the screen.
3) Click MillenVPN Native (Free Option)
4) It will appear under "Your MillenVPN Native Connection Account" on the page opened in step 3.
The method for re-logging in varies depending on the connection method and device you are using.
