Please note that the timing of service termination and refunds will vary depending on the cancellation type selected.
If you choose "Cancel immediately and request a refund
- Select if you want to take advantage of the 30-day money-back guarantee program.
- If the cancellation is immediate and the payment method is credit card or Paypal, a refund will be automatically issued. (Paypal only accepts Japanese yen)
- The "Cancel immediately and request a refund" option will not appear if the payment method is by bank transfer or if 30 days have passed since your application. (Bank transfers are only available in Japanese yen.)
If you choose "Cancel Immediately
- The cancellation will be immediate and the service will be unavailable after the cancellation request has been processed.
If you choose "Cancel at the end of the contract period
- The service is available until the expiration date of the contract period, and will be cancelled without next renewal.
