What to Do If You See the Message "Invalid Account: The Account Status is Closed."

This error appears when your account is not active.
One of the following may be the cause, so please check which one applies to you.

1. If you are connecting using an account from a previous subscription (that has been canceled)

2. If the service is temporarily suspended

In the following cases, the service will be temporarily suspended, and the same error message will be displayed.

・One-Time Plan
After the contract expires, the service will be temporarily suspended for a certain period of time.

・Subscription Plans
If renewal fees remain unpaid for a certain period of time, your account will be suspended.
If you wish to continue using the service, please pay the renewal fee.
Once payment is complete, you will be able to use the service.
