The procedure for contract renewal depends on your registered payment method.
You can check the date of your next renewal from the service in My Page.
Please note that the next renewal date shown on My Page is the date in Japan Standard Time.
Subscription renewal is available only for Subscription Plans and Dedicated Servers.
One-time plans can be renewed (restored) only if the status is suspended.
If your account has already been terminated and you wish to continue, please apply for a new service.
▼ Contract renewal procedure for credit card / PayPal payments (PayPal only supports Japanese yen)
(1) An invoice for the next renewal will be issued 14 days prior to the renewal date.
(2) On the renewal date, automatic payment will be made by the registered credit card, and the renewal will be completed automatically.
Since the above is the automatic renewal process, there is basically no need for customers to take any action.
▼ Contract renewal procedure for bank transfers (Japanese yen only)
(1) 14 days prior to the renewal date, an invoice for the next renewal will be issued and the billing information will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
(2) By the renewal date, please transfer the billed amount to the account indicated on the invoice in accordance with the instructions on the invoice. (Please enter the invoice number in the payer's name when you make the transfer. (Please enter the invoice number in the payer's name (e.g. 12345YAMADA Taro)
). ③ Once we confirm the payment, the renewal will be completed. (It may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the payment to be confirmed due to the data of the payment institution.)
