How to Cancel

We sincerely regret to inform you that if you wish to cancel your subscription or do not wish to renew it next time, please follow the steps below.

Important Notes

The One-Time Plan will be temporarily suspended upon the contract expiration date and will automatically terminate after a set period, so no cancellation request is required.
Customers who have signed up for PayPal payments before February 3, 2026must be made after cancellation on our My Page.On the PayPal side, you can also "Cancel recurring payment (subscription) settings."Please do so.
*If settings are left in place, settlement may continue even after cancellation.
*No correspondence is required if you apply after February 4, 2026, or if a recurring payment setup does not exist.

If you click on the "MillenVPN Native (free option)" service, the cancellation menu will not appear.

Please note that the timing of service termination and refunds may vary depending on the selected cancellation type.

Your subscription will be immediately canceled. If your payment method is a credit card or PayPal, a refund will be processed automatically. (PayPal only supports Japanese yen.)
If the payment method is bank transfer or if 30 days have passed since your application, the option "Immediately cancel and request a refund" will not be displayed. (Bank transfers are only accepted in Japanese yen.)

Your subscription will be terminated immediately. Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will no longer be able to use the service.

You may continue using the service until the end of your contract period. The service will not be renewed and will be terminated.
