How to Use the iOS App

Here's how to use the MillenVPN iOS app.

1. Tap the MillenVPN app to open it.

2. As stated in the [Welcome to MillenVPN] email sent upon contract activation:
　　・Username
　　・Password
　　Enter the two items above and tap Login.
　　　　

3. Please be sure to read the section on the handling of personal information.
　　Please tap [Agree and Continue] once you have confirmed.

4. Once you agree, the dashboard will be displayed.
　　Please tap [Server] displayed at the bottom of the screen.

5. This is the server selection screen. Tap your desired country, select a server, and the connection will begin.

※ You can also enter country or city names in the red-framed qualification section to search for servers.

The following is the screen after searching for Australian servers.

7. You will be prompted to verify your MillenVPN configuration to establish a connection.
　　Please review the displayed content and grant permission.

8. You will be prompted to enter the passcode you set on your iPhone to confirm the addition of the VPN configuration.
　　Please enter the passcode you have set.
　　※The length of the passcode may vary depending on your iPhone settings.

9. Enter your passcode to switch screens and begin the VPN connection.
　　※Connection completion may take some time depending on the server you are connecting to.

10. Once the connection is complete, the connected server name and global IP address will be displayed.

MillenVPN Configuration

Click the Settings (gear icon) in the bottom-right menu of the app to access the Settings screen.

About MillenVPN
⇒You can check the current app version.

Logout
⇒ Log out of the app.

Connect automatically when the app launches
⇒When set to ON, the VPN connection will be established automatically when the application launches.

kill switch
Enabling this prevents communication using your real IP address if the VPN connection is disconnected.

Protocol

・WireGuard
⇒Provides extremely fast VPN service.
　This feature is unavailable on networks where UDP is not supported.

・IKEv2 (Recommended setting)
⇒ It provides high stability and security with an extremely fast protocol.
　This feature may not be available on some platforms.

・IPSec
Provides stable security through widely used protocols.
　This feature may not be available on some platforms.

Update server information
⇒Update server information. This feature is for when servers are not displayed.

Diagnosis
⇒This helps resolve issues related to connection and VPN performance.
　Please use this only when requested by Support.
