Additionally, an email with the following subject line will be sent to the registered email address at the start of your contract.

Possible causes
① It has been moved to the spam folder.
If you cannot find the email in your main inbox, please also check your spam folder.
Please also verify that emails from our address (@millenvpn.jp) are not being blocked.
② An incorrect email address has been registered.
If you entered an incorrect email address during registration,My PageYou may not be able to log in, and it is highly likely that verification via email history will also be difficult,SupportPlease contact us.
③ Registered with an @icloud.com email address
If you register an email address ending in "@icloud.com," you may not be able to receive emails from us properly.
When registering, please use an email address other than "@icloud.com".My PageWe recommend changing to an email address other than "@icloud.com".

④ Payment has not been completed, or it is before the start date of service.
The "Welcome to MillenVPN" email will be sent when your subscription begins.
This will not be sent to customers whose start date is set in the future or whose payment has not been completed.
For applications with a specified start date, a "Welcome to MillenVPN" email will be sent around 7:00 AM on the specified date.
