You can also check the information we have sent you by going to My Page > My Menu > Email History.
If you are in a hurry, please check your "Welcome to MillenVPN" email from your email history using the above method.

We can also resend the "Welcome to MillenVPN" email to you.
If you would like us to resend it to you, please contact our support team.

Possible Causes

(1) It is sorted into the junk mail folder.

If you cannot see the e-mail in your main inbox folder, please check your junk mail folder as well.
Also, please make sure that our e-mail address (@millenvpn.jp) is not blocked.

(2) You have registered an incorrect e-mail address.

If you entered an incorrect e-mail address when you registered, you will not be able to log in to My Page and it will likely be difficult to check your e-mail history, so please contact our support.

3) You have registered your @icloud.com email address.

If you have registered an email address of "@icloud.com", you may not be able to receive our emails properly.
We recommend that you register an e-mail address other than "@icloud.com" when you register, or change your e-mail address to one other than "@icloud.com" from My Page.

(4) Settlement has not been completed and is before the start date of use.

The "Welcome to MillenVPN" email is sent at the start of your subscription.
It will not be sent to customers who have specified a future start date or who have not completed payment.
If you have specified a start date, the "Welcome to MillenVPN" email will be sent around 7:00 a.m. on the specified date.
