How to Set Your Account Start Date
You can pre-register for the One-Time Plan when placing your order to reserve it for use starting the next day or later.
(For subscription plans and dedicated servers, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific start dates.)
The start date can be specified within 10 days of the application date.
※Please note that if you specify a start date, we are unable to perform any pre-setup, including app login, prior to that date.
To use the service immediately, please select "Same-Day Use" or specify today as the start date when applying.
Application Procedure
① On the application page for each plan, select "Specify Start Date" under "Account Start Date," then enter the date you wish to begin using the service in the displayed year/month/day input fields.
② and beyond follow the same procedure as the conventional application method.
③After payment is complete, your accountThe service will be available starting around 7:00 AM (Japan Standard Time) on the specified activation date.Once your account is ready for use, we will send you a completion email.
Important Notes
- If you wish to confirm the start date after selecting "Specify Start Date" when placing your order,MillenVPNAfter logging in, click the blue menu bar's Services ▼ > My Services > the target service > the Information page.Account activation dateIt is displayed there, so you can check it there.
- For bank transfers, due to processing times at the settlement institution, it may take up to 3-5 business days to confirm receipt of your payment. Please note that the timing of payment confirmation may exceed the specified account activation date, potentially preventing activation on your desired date. (Bank transfers are accepted in Japanese yen only.)
