Troubleshooting VPN Connection Issues [Android]
Please try these steps if your VPN connection is not working properly in the MillenVPN app you are using.
◆Troubleshooting/Android Version
※The VPN display name may vary depending on your usage status.
① Install the latest version of the app
After uninstalling MillenVPN, download the latest version of MillenVPN and try connecting to the VPN again.
If you already have the latest version of the app installed, please reinstall the app once.

②Relogin
Please press the logout button in the upper-right corner of the MillenVPN application's "Settings" menu and log back in.
③Changing the VPN Protocol
- Open MillenVPN's "Settings".

- Please change the VPN protocol.
Please enable the VPN protocol in the following order and verify your VPN connection.
① "WireGuardⓇ"
② "OpenVPN": For this configuration, refer to 3.
- When selecting "OpenVPN," please enable the "Scramble" setting.

②Reset VPN Settings
- Please close the Android version of MillenVPN.

- Open the Android "Settings" app.

- Open "Networks and the Internet."

- Open "VPN" from "Advanced Settings".

- Tap the gear icon on the right side of MillenVPN.

- Tap "Delete VPN" to remove the VPN settings.

- Launch MillenVPN and tap the Connect button.
The MillenVPN app will reconfigure the VPN.
Please review the displayed content and grant permission.
④ Clear the app's cache
- Open the Android "Settings" app.

- Open "Apps & Notifications."

- Open MillenVPN from the list of apps.
If it's not displayed, tap "Show all XX apps" and then look for it.

- Tap "Clear Cache".
After tapping, if the "Cache" item under Used Storage shows 0KB, deletion is complete.
⑤ Restart the device
If clearing the app cache doesn't work,
This may be caused by errors within Android.
Please restart your Android device and try connecting to the VPN again.
⑥ Trying other connection methods
If you do not see any improvement after trying the steps in ① to ⑤ above, please refer to the page below to check whether you can connect using "MillenVPN Native" or "MillenVPN Native OpenConnect".

◆Procedure to Verify a VPN Connection is Active
MillenVPN Internet Connection Speed Test:

You can check your current global IP address at the URL above.
The "Global IP" displayed in the MillenVPN app and the IP address shown on the accessed site
If the IP addresses match, the VPN connection is established successfully.
※Even if the fourth octet (the number following the final ".") differs, the VPN connection is functioning normally.
