Please try this procedure if your VPN connection is not working properly with the MillenVPN application you are using.

◆How to deal with it / Android version

*NAMES OF VPNS MAY DIFFER DEPENDING ON USAGE.

VPN PROTOCOL CONNECTION CHANGE

  1. Open MillenVPN's "Settings".
  2. CHANGE THE VPN PROTOCOL.
    PLEASE CHANGE THE VPN PROTOCOL TO ON IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER AND CONFIRM THE VPN CONNECTION.
    1) "WireGuardⓇ"
    (2) "OpenVPN": See 3. when this setting is made.                                                                                                        
  3. When "OpenVPN" is selected, please turn on the "Scramble" setting.            

INITIALIZATION OF VPN SETTINGS

  1. Exit MillenVPN for Android.
  2. Open "Settings" in Android.
  3. Open "Network and Internet."
  4. GO TO "ADVANCED" AND OPEN "VPN".
  5. Tap the gear symbol on the right side of MillenVPN.
  6. TAP "DELETE VPN" TO REMOVE THE VPN SETTINGS.
  7. Launch MillenVPN and tap the Connect button.
    The MillenVPN application will configure the VPN again.
    Please check the displayed content and give us your permission.

Delete app cache

  1. Open "Settings" in Android.
  2. Open "Apps and Notifications."
  3. Open MillenVPN from the list of applications.
    If you do not see it, please tap "Show all XX apps" before looking for it.

  4. Tap "Delete Cache."
    AFTER TAPPING, IF THE "CACHE" ITEM OF THE USED CAPACITY IS 0KB, THE DELETION IS COMPLETE.

Reboot terminal

If deleting the app cache does not work, it may be due to an error inside
Android.
Please restart your Android device and try connecting to the VPN again.

Reinstall the application

Uninstall MillenVPN and download the latest version of MillenVPN from the Play Store at
and try connecting to the VPN again.

MillenVPN's "Global IP" and the
IP displayed on the site you accessed. If the address is the same, the VPN connection is working properly.

*The fourth octet (the last ". (dot) at the end) is different, the VPN connection is still working properly.
