How to Change Your MillenVPN Dedicated Server Plan

You can upgrade your current MillenVPN dedicated server plan to a higher tier or downgrade to a lower tier.

You can continue using the connection information for MillenVPN dedicated servers even after changing your plan.

Steps to Upgrade to a Higher Plan

MillenVPNLog in to your My Page and access "Services" > "My Services" at the top of the screen.

② Select the MillenVPN dedicated server service whose status is "Active" that you wish to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

③ Press the upgrade button.

④ Select the contract period and plan, then press the "Select Service" button.

⑤ Select your payment method and click the Continue button.

⑥Once payment is complete, you will be upgraded to the higher-tier plan.

Procedure for Downgrading to a Lower-Tier Plan

MillenVPNLog in to your My Page and access "Services" > "My Services" at the top of the screen.

② Select the MillenVPN dedicated server service whose status is "Active" that you wish to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

③ Press the Plan Change button.

④ Select the contract period and plan, then press the "Select Service" button.

⑤ If a lower-tier plan is selected, a confirmation dialog will appear. Since the number of accounts available for VPN connections decreases with lower-tier plans, please verify the account count for the selected plan and delete any unnecessary accounts before proceeding with your application.

⑥ You will be redirected to the inquiry page. Please specify your desired plan after downgrading and submit your inquiry.

For tasks beyond step 7, our support team will contact you after confirming your inquiry.

Important Notes

  • In the case of bank transfer, renewal will be completed as soon as we confirm your payment. (Bank transfers are accepted in Japanese yen only. It may take up to 3 business days for us to confirm your payment due to the data reflected by the payment institution).
  • Your service will renew for the contract period you selected at the time of your next renewal.
  • When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, the difference between your current plan and the new plandifferenceis calculated.
  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for the difference when downgrading to a lower-tier plan.
  • If your renewal date is approaching, you may not be able to apply with different billing details.
  • If you made an error in selecting your contract period when changing plans, please contact support.
