How to Upgrade from a One-Time Plan to a Subscription Plan

You can upgrade a one-time plan that is currently active or on hold to a subscription plan.

You can continue to use your one-time plan login information even after upgrading.

Upgrading to a subscription plan allows you to extend your usage period. After the contract period expires, you can continue using the service by renewing your contract.

Steps to Upgrade to a Subscription Plan

MillenVPNLog in to your My Page and access "Services" > "My Services" at the top of the screen.

② Select the one-time plan service whose status is "Active" or "Paused" that you wish to upgrade to a subscription plan.

③ Press the upgrade button.

④ Select the contract period and press the "Select Service" button.

⑤ Select your payment method and click the Continue button.

⑥Once payment is complete, you will be upgraded to the subscription plan.

Important Notes

  • In the case of bank transfer, renewal will be completed as soon as we confirm your payment. (Bank transfers are accepted in Japanese yen only. It may take up to 3 business days for us to confirm your payment due to the data reflected by the payment institution).
  • The start date of your subscription plan's contract period is the date your payment is completed.
  • If you made an error in selecting your contract period when changing plans, please contact support.
