If you do not want to be auto-renewed by credit card or PayPal

If you subscribe to a Subscription Plan or Dedicated Server Plan and select Credit Card or Paypal as your payment method, your subscription will be automatically renewed and the payment will be made automatically on the contract renewal date. (PayPal only accepts Japanese yen.)

The next update date can be confirmed from the Services section of your My Page and is displayed in Japan Standard Time.
If you do not wish to have automatic updates, please do so by the day before the update date in Japan Standard Time.Cancellation ProceduresPlease do so.

Important Notes

  • The one-time plan does not renew automatically.
  • If you have specified "PayPal" as your payment method, please cancel your subscription through PayPal after submitting your cancellation request.
