Please try this procedure if your VPN connection is not working properly with the MillenVPN application you are using.

IF THE MESSAGE "TO APPLY THIS CHANGE, YOU MUST DISCONNECT YOUR VPN FROM THE DASHBOARD.

Other than the above

The above error is displayed when a connection is being made to a specific server and then another server is selected and the connection destination is changed.

It is possible to change the connection point using the following method.

Tap "Cancel" > "Dashboard" at the bottom of the screen

Tap "Disconnect" > "Server" at the bottom of the screen.

Select the connection destination.

Tap "Connect" to connect to the server.

Other than above

1. CHANGE VPN PROTOCOL

Tap "Settings."

In the case of the image, the VPN protocol is "WireGuard".

SELECT A PROTOCOL OTHER THAN THE VPN PROTOCOL THAT WAS INITIALLY SELECTED. (IT WILL TURN BLUE WHEN SELECTED.)

Example:

If WireGuard was selected: Change to IKEv2 or IPSec

If IKEv2 was selected: Change to WireGuard or IPSec

If IPSec was selected: Change to WireGuard or IKEv2

TAP "SERVERS" AND SELECT THE COUNTRY OF YOUR CHOICE TO TRY A VPN CONNECTION.

2. DELETION OF VPN

Exit MillenVPNfor iOS.


Open "Settings" in iOS and tap General.


OPEN "GENERAL" AND TAP "VPN."


Tap the information mark (i) under " MillenVPN IKev2 Configration(*)" in "VPN."


PLEASE SELECT "DELETE VPN."


MillenVPNand tap the Connect button.
MillenVPNThe application will configure the VPN again.
Please check the displayed information and allow it.

PLEASE CHECK IF THE VPN CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE WITH THE ABOVE INFORMATION. THE NAME OF THE VPN MAY DIFFER DEPENDING ON YOUR USAGE CONDITIONS.

3. uninstall and reinstall MillenVPN

If you still get an error after following the above steps, please uninstall MillenVPN, download the latest version of MillenVPNfrom the App Store, and try connecting to the VPN again.

You can check your current global IP address at the URL above.
MillenVPNIf the IP address displayed on the site is the same as the "Current IP" in the "Current IP" section, the VPN connection is working properly.
*The fourth octet (the last ". (dot) at the end) is different, the VPN connection is still working properly.
