Type "regedit" in the Windows search area and press ENTER.

7. Restart the computer when finished.
If an error message is displayed even after the above settings have been made
Delete " NegotiateDH2048_AES256 " by right-clicking on it and clicking on "Delete". NegotiateDH2048_AES256 " right click on it and click "Delete" to remove it.
