Troubleshooting IKEv2 "Policy Matching Error" on Windows 10/11

1. In the Windows search area, type ”regedit“ and press ENTER.

2. Type ”Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Rasman\Parameters“Type this and press ENTER.

3. Right-click the blank area on the right side of the screen, select "New," and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.

4. Right-click “New Value," select "Rename," and enter "Negotiate DH2048_AES256”Please enter "".

5. Right-click and select "Modify."

6. Enter ”0“ in the value data field and click ”OK". ※ Even if the value is already "0", clicking "OK" as is will not cause any issues.

7. Once complete, restart your computer.

1.”Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Rasman\Parameters“added to“Negotiate DH2048_AES256”Right-click and select "Delete" to remove it.

2. Once finished, please restart your computer.
