Changes to your contract plan (contract period) cannot be made through My Page. Please contact our support team to process the change.

Precautions
- One-time plans are not eligible.
- It is not possible to change from a subscriber plan to a one-time plan.
- If we do not receive two weeks' notice, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
- If you change your plan, the changes will be applied from the next renewal.
- You have subscribed to an eligible service with PayPal payment before February 3, 2026In some cases, even if the contract period is changed, the payment will be continued at the rate before the change due to specifications.

No response is required for applications after February 4, 2026, or when no recurring payment setup exists.
