There are two types of pCloud codes : exclusive coupons distributed to MillenVPN subscribers or dedicated server customers andcodes purchased by customers.

Each of them has a different method of use, which we will explain in turn.

How to use the limited coupon

(1) My Page My Page Log in to "My Page".

(2) Click " My Menu " > " Code Management ".

(3) Copy the code for the limited coupon displayed on the green background by copying the code or by pressing the Copy button.

(4) In the page opened in step (3), click "To enter the pCloud exclusive coupon, please click here." Please click "pCloud Exclusive Coupon" in the page opened in ③.

If you do not have a pCloud account, please create a free pCloud account by entering your email address.

(6) After entering the code for the limited coupon and successfully activating it, you will automatically be redirected to pCloud's My Page, where you can continue to use pCloud.

When your Reward Code expires, you will be returned to the free plan. If you wish to continue to use the service, you will need to follow the procedures below.

How to use the purchased code

(1) After you have applied for the pCloud product and payment has been completed, you will receive a " [ MillenVPN ] Notification of pCloud Code Issuance " email.

(2) Copy the code part of the "pCloud Code" in the body of the "[ MillenVPN ] Notification of pCloud Code Issuance " email, and access the URL in the link that follows.

If you do not have a pCloud account, please create a free pCloud account by entering your email address. If you do not have a pCloud account, please enter your email address to create a free pCloud account.

  • In the case of bank transfer, an email titled " [ MillenVPN ] pCloud Code Issuance Notice " will be sent as soon as we confirm your payment. (Bank transfers are only available in Japanese yen. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days to confirm your payment due to the data reflection of the payment institution).
