Contract Renewal Procedure
The renewal process varies depending on your registered payment method.
You can check the next update date from the Services section on your My Page.
Please note that the next renewal date displayed on your My Page is based on Japan Standard Time.
※ Only subscription plans and dedicated servers can be renewed.
The One-Time Plan can only be renewed (restored) when it is in a suspended status.
If your account has been terminated and you wish to continue using the service, please apply for the service again.
▼Contract Renewal Procedure for Credit Card / PayPal Payments (PayPal only accepts Japanese Yen)
① You can view the next renewal invoice on your My Page starting 14 days before the renewal date.
② On the renewal date, automatic payment will be processed using the credit card or PayPal account you have registered, and your subscription will be automatically renewed.
※As this is an automatic renewal process, no action is generally required on your part.
▼Contract Renewal Procedure for Bank Transfers (Japanese Yen Only)
① The next renewal invoice will be issued 14 days prior to the renewal date, and details of the charges will be sent to your registered email address.
② Please transfer the amount due to the account specified on the invoice by the renewal date, following the instructions provided. (When making the transfer, please enter the invoice number in the remitter name field. Example: 12345 Yamada Taro)
(3) Renewal will be completed as soon as we confirm your payment. (It may take up to 3 business days to confirm your payment due to the data of payment institutions.)
