How to Retrieve MillenVPN Logs [Android]

When asked by support to submit MillenVPN diagnostic log files, please follow the steps below.

① Please log in to the MillenVPN app and open [Settings].


② Open [Send Diagnostic Information] in Settings.


③ Enter the details of the issue in the text box, check the box labeled [Allow sending diagnostic and system information], and click the Send button in the upper-right corner.


④ Select the email app you wish to use, and an email with the log automatically filled in will be created.

After sending, you will receive an automatic reply email with the subject line "MillenVPN diagnostic results received successfully."
