What to Do If You Can't Log In Using Two-Factor Authentication
If your two-factor authentication code is not recognized correctly, please check the following based on the authentication method you are using.
If you are using an authentication app (such as Google Authenticator)
Setting the Time on the Device: If the time on the device you're using the authentication app on is not accurate, the code may not be verified correctly. (This also applies if the time is off by just a few minutes.)
Please check to make sure that the "Date & Time" setting on your device is set to "Automatic."
How to Enter the Code: Since copying and pasting may result in unnecessary spaces or characters, please try typing the information manually if you are unable to log in.
If you are using a backup code
Backup codes are designed for one-time use only.
Once a code has been used, it becomes invalid, and a new code will be issued.
Please make sure you aren't entering old code that you saved previously.
*Please note that our support team is unable to verify your backup code usage or reissue history.
If you are using email verification
Due to email delays, it may take some time for the two-factor authentication email to arrive.
If you do not receive the email, please wait a while and check again.
