How to activate 2-step verification
STEP1: LOG IN TO MY PAGE

STEP2: OPEN SECURITY SETTINGS
Log in to My Page, go to "My Menu" and click on "Security Settings".
STEP3: ENABLE 2-STEP VERIFICATION
Click on "Click to Activate."
STEP4: Select the authentication method
Select "Time Based Tokens" for application-based authentication.
Select "Time Based Tokens" and then "Get Started."
To authenticate using e-mail, select "e-mail two-step authentication".
Select "Email Two-Step Authentication" and then "Get Started."
STEP5: Verification of authentication code

*In the case of authentication applications that are not supported, the authentication code may not be displayed.

You will receive an e-mail with the above subject and sender. Enter the 8-digit verification code from the e-mail and press "Verify".
STEP6: SAVE BACKUP CODE
Save the backup code that is displayed when the two-step verification is activated.
*Backup codes are required if you are unable to complete two-step verification.
STEP7: ENTER THE VERIFICATION CODE
Two-step verification is activated when you log in to My Page. Please enter the 6-digit verification code displayed on the application.
How to enable 2-step verification for both app and email
We are sorry, but we cannot enable both at the same time.
You can use only one of the two authentication methods, either through the application or through e-mail.
How to switch 2-step verification from app to email or email to app
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please disable 2-step verification once and set it up from the beginning.
How to disable 2-step verification
STEP1: LOG IN TO MY PAGE
My Page Log in to
STEP2: OPEN SECURITY SETTINGS
Log in to My Page, go to "My Menu" and click on "Security Settings".
STEP3: SELECT "CLICK TO DISABLE
Click on "Click to Disable."
STEP4: CONFIRM PASSWORD
Enter your My Page password and click "Disable Two-Step Authentication".
The password you enter here is the password you use to log in to My Page.
