If you wish to change your payment method, you can do so from My Page.
The procedure for changing depends on whether or not an invoice has been issued.
How to check your invoice
MillenVPN's My Pageand log in to theUnpaid invoicesIf you see the item "If an invoice has already been issued", please proceed to "If an invoice has already been issued". If not, please go to "In case an invoice has not been issued".
Invoices already issued
STEP 1: CLICK ON "VIEW ALL" IN THE UNPAID INVOICES SECTION.
STEP2: CLICK "UNPAID" IN THE STATUS COLUMN.
STEP3: SELECT YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD
After making your selection, please check the contents of the outstanding items in the upper right corner of the screen.
The display will vary depending on the payment method selected.
- For credit card
Please click the "Click here for payment" button on the upper right corner of the screen and enter the required credit card information.

STEP1: CLICK "CUSTOMER INFORMATION" FROM MY MENU IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE SCREEN.
STEP2: SELECT YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD FROM THE PAYMENT METHODS AND CLICK "SAVE CHANGES".
- For credit card
Please click on "My Menu" in the upper right corner of the screen, click on "Payment Method", and then click on the "Add New Credit Card" button and enter the necessary credit card information.
