IF YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER, GOVERNMENT, OR ORGANIZATION RESTRICTS THE USE OF VPNS, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO USE THEM. EVEN IF YOU CANNOT CONNECT, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO CONNECT BY CHANGING THE PROTOCOL.
