MillenVPN Dedicated Server Enterprise Plans offer the option to add the maximum number of accounts available for a fee.
If you wish to add the maximum number of accounts, please follow the instructions below.
*This option is not available for non-enterprise plans.
How to add a maximum number of accounts
(1) My Page My Page and click on "Services".
(2) Click on " MillenVPN Enterprise Connection Information ".
Click on " Additional Options " in the ③Actions.
(4) Enter the number of accounts you wish to add in the red box and click "Continue".
You can add up to 1840 accounts.
(5) You will be taken to the final confirmation screen.
If you are satisfied with the amount and number of accounts to be added, click "Continue" to complete the payment and add the maximum number of accounts.
If you have selected bank transfer as your payment method, you will need to transfer the amount of the invoice issued to you.
(6) The number of accounts added can be viewed by clicking on "Options" within "MillenVPN Enterprise Connection Information".
How to reduce the maximum number of accounts
If you wish to reduce the maximum number of accounts you have added, you will not be able to complete the procedure if the current number of active accounts exceeds the maximum number after the reduction. Please follow the procedure on this page to delete unnecessary accounts before proceeding.
The procedure thereafter is the same as "How to add the maximum number of accounts".
In step 4, enter the number of accounts to be reduced and proceed with the procedure to reduce the maximum number of accounts.
*There will be no refund of usage fees for the remaining period upon deletion.
*Please note that deleted accounts cannot be restored.
