Inquiries Regarding Payment Errors

If a payment error occurs, it may be due to the following causes.

• The card issuer has declined the payment.
• Situations where usage restrictions or balance errors may be occurring

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is impossible for us to investigate the cause of the error, so we ask that you contact your credit card company or PayPal to investigate.

PayPal payment for our service is available only in Japanese yen.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but for payments in currencies other than Japanese yen, we kindly ask that you use credit card payment.

Regarding the Use of Debit Cards

Debit cards are also accepted, but we may not be able to accept them due to security reasons even if there is no problem with the credit card company or PayPal.

In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate your understanding if you would consider using another credit card for payment. (Bank transfers are also accepted for payment in Japanese yen.)
